Video Not Operating Fully Due To Network Error

Video's not operating fully due to a network error.is the message I get when wanting to look at videos.  I use this often but am dismayed now when I cannot choose due to lack of good video. Please provide me a solution.

Have you updated Adobe Flash?  If not, suggest you update directly from Adobe Flash website.  If using a Mac, update directly from System Preferences.

You provided no system info for Q's IT folks to help you.  That being said......

Are you using a computer or mobile device?

If computer, Mac or PC?

Which OS are you using - comp?

Which iOS are you using - mobile device?

Which browser & version are you using?

Have you tried switching browsers?

Tried restarting?

Thanks - don't know why I wasn't more specific - using windows 10 and chrome browser = dont have same problem with my Apple products so I will try to reboot
