Some one there at the Q needs to reach out to David's Cookies to find out what is going on with them and their shipping.

This is the 2nd time I have received the cookie dough, thawed, warm, and stuck together. No dry ice in the styrofoam container either. Got email that the shipment was delayed.

They need to use a different carrier. Fedex instead of UPS.

Had to throw it all away. I did contact the Q and have been refunded but I'd rather have had the cookies in the condition that they say when presenting that they will bad cookies.jpgarrive in.

@crazy4bears I am very sorry that happened but I am glad that Customer Service was able to handle the refund for you. I also see that she shared your feedback with our team that works with David's Cookies regarding the shipping.

Same happened to me last year - one of those fancy French things.  A soaked wet ball of dripping dough.

Got the thing from Europe but couldn't pack correctly to cross 3 states.

I do hope that David's Cookies will see that there is a problem with their way of shipping.

Thank You.
