Would you please tell someone to fix the video portion on the display pages.  Sometimes I want to see the item presented instead of just the still picture and the videos are constantly not available.

 

Please fix.

                @Patriot3,  Is this a problem you've seen only with the occasional product video?   To troubleshoot this issue, the moderators (and tech support) would need specific examples and also might want to know what kind of device you're using; are you using the full site or the mobile app; if it's the full website which browser you use; that sort of thing, so they have some clues.

               I looked at several items at random with my Mac (using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers with cookies/cache/website data deleted daily), my iPad 6 and iPad 3, and iPhone 5 (all software is up-to-date).   

               So far all the videos are there and working with no problems -- but maybe you and I aren't looking at the same products.
