I just had to comment on this comedy of errors. 

I signed up for auto delivery of bagles in February with next shipment due around April 5.

At the same time in April another offer for bagels was made on ITKWD on Sunday and the auto deliveries were moved to the back of the line while new orders were shipped first. I know because I placed an order on Sunday and received the new order within 4 days yet auto delivery from February, with next delivery due around April 5, was still back ordered.

Back order finally showed a ship date of around April 9.  No updates ever showed up on my account but on April 14 there was a box of bagles sitting on my steps, sitting outside for who knows how many hours. Thankfully, this wasn't a frozen food item. I always watch my account for ship dates so I can keep an eye out for a delivery but there were no updates.  I looked again at my order thinking I may have missed the ship date but there was no update. It still said ship date of around April 9.

Today, April 15, my account says the order shipped on 4/15, today, with an expected delivery date of April 16, which is tomorrow.  When I check the tracking number it says delivered on April 14, which was yesterday, and I did receive the order yesterday. Duh!

Someone really needs to get their act together.  You're telling me today, that the order I received yesterday, will ship today, and will be delivered tomorrow!  Seriously!
