This is the Customer Care section. CSR's are swamped this time of year and a lot of stuff falls by the wayside. It happens.

 

People have legitimate concernts about service and I am happy that the Social Team provides excellent service and in a very timely fashion.

 

This is a big thank you to all the mods. You do a great job.
