Unsatisfied customer

 In late November I ordered an HP 17 inch computer. I was told I would receive it by December 7 tracking my order it was in China for a while and it went to Kentucky and then Tennessee and to  Harrisburg Pennsylvania then back to Tennessee or Kentucky I don’t know which one first then back to one or the other of those again. It is now saying the wrong address was on the package so now my order might be delayed again.  I have been dealing with Qvc since it first came on the air this is the first time that I am very disappointed and  upset with my order this supposed to be a Christmas gift and doesn’t look like I’m going to receive it by Christmas  I am a very unsatisfied customer at this point

I had a package that seemed to be taking a tour of the United States last year and then in a day oor 2 it showed up.......

 

I think there is still a good chance you will receive it in time for Christmas

I am always amazed at new posters who sign on with an issue like this and sign their real name. Pick up the phone and cal CS it is a lot easier

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

She did.  Sometimes you get help when you bring it to the attention of consumers.

Seems to me when after reading post after post of CS not helping out with problems the customers are having, the posters come to the forums for help.  It should not be that way. Unfortunetly, it is.   CS should take care of the problem when contacted by the customer.  So I see no problem what so ever with people coming to the forums for help.  If it gets an end result in a satisfied customer, maybe they should bypass CS all together and come here.

Hi @magiemay I am so sorry this happened. I do see when tracking your package the comments from UPS state it was sorted incorrectly and may cause a delay. The good news is it is showing it is still moving so it is not lost. Hopefully we will see some movement this afternoon.

It seems customers get better results on the forums than by calling CS. Also, since this is the customer care forum I see no problem with posters posting their concerns/issues here regardless if they are new or not. Only posters who have been around here are allowed to post here? Or are the popular posters the only ones permitted to post concerns? Surely this isn't the case.
