I had an order go wrong last week. I ordered the As-is Valerie Par Hill Starry Nightd Hurricanes in black. I received brown (Grrrrrrr). I returned them right away, and only received credit for the item itself; not the shipping or tax. I tried calling Customer Service this morning, and the recording said they are unable to connect me to any customer service reps. I tried going through the live chat, and was 25th in the query. This is ridiculous. There should be more Customer Service reps on hand this time of year.

@Effie54. The same thing will happen any place you try to call CS less than 2 weeks before Christmas. At least we're lucky enough to have the social team.

I called CS yesterday, and after a brief wait (3-5 mins.) I was connected to a very nice live person who resolved everything quickly and competently.
I had tried to explain the issue to the Social Team, but it had too many different components to do over the email.
I always appreciate the helpfulness of the QVC team!

I could not get through this morning after several times but started trying again about 15 minutes ago. This time instead of telling me they were too busy like this morning I was allowed to wait and it took about 8 minutes till a live body came on the line. The lost earrings which apparently as a bad tracking number to it as been canceled and my money refunded.

To update when I first saw this thread I copied the Social Team email address and sent them an email about my problem and not being able to get through this morning. Just now they reached out to me but have noticed I have since had my money refunded to me. They are really awesome.
