I think everything should be sent UPS because sometimes the USPO doesn't deliver they just leave a pink note saying they tried and then I have to go and wait for an hour in the post office on line.  Even when I was home they still said that no one was home and didn't leave the pack.  We pay enough for shipping so they should use a repubable delivery service.  I say only use UPS.

Amazon is starting to use drones now to deliver packages.

I'll bet those suckers will be hard to track, LOL!

I find there are good and bad with both the USPS and UPS.  Most of my QVC packages are shipped Sure Post which means UPS carries it to my city and then passes it off to the USPS for delivery, which makes no sense to me.  If the PO carries my items all the way the package seems to arrive cleaner than UPS sometimes but arrives a day or so later than it would if UPS delivered it.  I'd vote to ship UPS because I get them sooner but other than that, makes no difference to me.  I guess there's a reason we call the USPS 'snail mail' is because they are slow.  Smiley Happy

USPO do you mean USPS, United States Postal Service.

Personally I prefer Dog Sleds in the Winter lol

For me, buying those pants can be a disaster when the come USPO.  They are thrown into the mailbox, wadded up and impossible to "unwrinkle". If they come UPS they are brought to my door and laid down flat on the porch so that they are in pretty good shape when they arrive. I've asked QVC in the past to only ship to us by UPS, but this new change is without common sense. I'm not going to be ordering much in the future for this reason.

Hi @PETALSOHIO, That's a good question! Basically, from what I understand, our system defaults to the generic ship method for most items. Then we will pick the most cost effective option that meets with our time frame for delivery. An item's weight, a customers location, or the type of item can effect this as well. Hope that helps answer your question!

Time frame - really when items are sent to me USPS, they always take twice if not three times as long as by UPS, items sent UPS get to me over night, yet the items send USPS which always seem to come from NC take at least 5 -6 days

By the way, if you're shipping something yourself, Staples handles both UPS and USPS.  They've gladly quoted both for me and I chose the least expensive, all other things being equal.
