Months ago I contacted Customer Care about maybe allowing me to choose mode of delivery. Never heard anything. Problem is I live in the sticks but have a SMALL mialbox at the closed Post Office that used to service this area (like in the new neighborhhods in cities). When I pay shipping for UPS Surepost or UPS Mail Innovations and the shipment will NOT fit in the small box, I have to make a 35 mile round trip to pick it up. To no surprise, I never heard anyting from QVC. I would gladly pay to have the package delivered to my door IF I HAD THE CHOICE.

Well, this morning I have a similar gripe. My shipment was shipped (from NC) on Dec 10 - Mail innovations. It got within 150 miles of my house (USPS in Corpus Christi, Tx). Sat there for a couple of days and is now (as of 6:24 PM yesterday) in Orange, Tx. more like 300 miles from my house. Yeah, I know it's USPS's fault.

Anyway, I don't expect to hear from QVC, this time either, so be it. I just wanted to get that off my chest. If anything ever changes with regard to allowing mode of shipping choice, let me know. Otherwise, I do not plan to place anymore orders. It's just gotten too complicated for me to worry with it.

Mail Innovations is absolutely the worst delivery service there is. I wou;;d love if we could have a choice of delivery services like we've had in previous years. Then if they could do better then 9 days in processing it would be great!

So true, MI is the absolute worst. I ordered two pair of identical pajamas and one was shipped UPS ground and the other was sent using MI on the same day. Why the difference in choice of shipping for two identical items IDK. Anyway, the UPS Ground pajamas arrived two weeks ago and the MI are "delayed" here at my city postal service center with no delivery day in sight. Beyond frustrating. I much prefer the old system of being able to choose your shipping method.
