Trouble submitting the Return or Exchange Form

Has anyone had trouble recently with the on-line Return or Exchange form?  I can only go so far with the form, then it goes back to the beginning page.  It's like I'm in a loop.  I've had to call Customer Serivce  and request the QVC mailing labels.  I've never had problems like this before.

No - no problems.  That's frustrating.  Do you have another device you could try it on?  Or try using another browser.

Update.  Everything seems to be fine now.  Last night, I was able to process a return on line, including printing the return label.  I have no idea what happened.  A glitch somewhere I guess.

Instead of printing a label, have you tried using the QR code they send to your email? I used to print a label but now it's much easier to get the code and let the,post office print the label right at the post office. You also get your refund faster because once the post office puts the label on,, qvc knows you returned the item.

@Catch71  No, I haven't.  Believe it or not, I don't do the QR code thingy.  I take all of my return packages to Staples.  It's so much easier than going to the post office.  Plenty of parking right outside the front doors, no steps, and no lines.  Plus, I can pick up ink cartridges while I'm there!

I tried making a return and customer service neglected to process within 5 days and I called everyday to see why? I think qvc is a scam ! The customer service seems like they are hiding something!
