I've been trying to call Customer Service as well as the main number (1515) for the past couple of days.  The recording says "We're sorry...all circuits are busy...will you please try later".  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Yes for several days. Also another  message says to push a button to be called back.

They don't call back

I wonder if they lost many of these workers because of the bankruptcy announcement? When when my former company was getting sold and the employees found out, Many left the company out of fear.

I was afraid of this .. and kind of laid off shopping

when I heard there were problems ... didn't 

want a return to get messed up ....

Easiest ways to get through:

 

Do NOT call on the weekends unless absolutely necessary.

 

Call first thing in the morning.  CS opens at 7 am

 

Email qvc social team.

 

I actually never have any problems getting through.

I don't communicate by phone.  It's quick and easy to send an email to the Q social team:

I often get a message that hold times are greater than 5 minutes.  There is an option for QVC to call you back, I always select that, and every time they call within a couple of minutes. Always.
