This may have already been addressed and I just missed it, but is anyone else getting this message when they try to track some orders?

QVC.com IS available for anything else I try, just not for certain tracking numbers and time doesn’t change that status. This happened on a set of flashlights which customer service was nice enough to check on and which eventually came ok. Now it’s happening on all 3 orders of JAM headphones. As I am in and out so much this busy time of year I really like to know when to expect deliveries, and in all my years with QVC this is a new one for me.

I get that message occasionally when trying to navigate between screens.  I assume the system is very busy.  I refresh and continue on my way

@GrammagrapesX3 - If you're trying to track a USPS number, there have been some issues with that functionality lately on the QVC site, and the USPS site has also been experiencing problems in updating package tracking for the past 48 hours (though it seems to be better today). Keep checking back, and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon!

Hi @GrammagrapesX3 thank you for posting and shopping with us. I was able to check on the orders and they are progressing to you successfully. I apologize that the tracking was not available when you checked earlier. Please tried again at your convenience, I also experienced this yesterday when checking on mine, too and was able to see the tracking shortly after I checked again. ~Kim

Go to USPS & sign up for Informed Delivery. Any packages being delivered by the post office will send you an email with tracking numbers showing what packages are coming on what day.

You can also sign up for UPS My Choice to receive email tracking on packages.

I copy & paste the UPS or USPS tracking number & Google UPS or USPS tracking & enter the number in the box to track my package.

Since most start out with a UPS tracking number you will have to track it & you can see the USPS tracking number there you can copy & paste to track through the post office.

I always check the UPS tracking on packages to track through UPS so I can write down the USPS tracking number so when I receive an email from the Post Office I know which package it is.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I’ll try them all.
This isn’t a matter of a busy system. And I have other USPS shipments that track just fine. The flashlight tracking problem lasted consistently for over a week, well prior to the last 48 hours.
Kim....I still get the same msg.....have tried 3 more times. On the flashlights that msg never changed. It appears y’all can see something in the tracking we can’t.
I know the JAM headphones are on their way. Will try the other steps everyone mentioned. Really hate to bother customer service with phone calls.
