I have returns from weeks ago that have not processed. I used the return label to return. Are these USPS? When I try to track items from a month ago, it comes up on USPS with "no status available".
How can I track these returns? Thanks!
4/28 order - Joan Rivers pants
5/4 order - D&C linen pants - returned both
5/9 order - Lisa Rinna batwing top
5/16 order - SG denim ankle jeans
All of these should be store credits.

Have you tried calling Customer Service? Don't know what you mean by store credit.

@Katiesmom I'll take a look at the orders and let you know by email. If I understand correctly as a refund you are asking for member credits right?

Thank you - yes, I always check off "merchandise credit" which gives me a credit in my QVC account for future purchases, rather than a cash return. Thanks very much for your help.

@Katiesmom I have issued the refunds as member credits as requested, my apologies for the delay. The Denim & Co order credits may not show for 1-3 days, I'll check on it tomorrow for you. Lisa Rinna order was refunded and is showing.

Just adding a notification for @Susan-QVC so she'll see this more easily. I suspect the QVC Social Team is even busier than usual with all the changes, and so many ordering/shipping problems. They are busy bees! I don't know how the moderators keep up with so much, but they do and they're always here for us.
