Tracking not available on return

Your system gave me a tracking # for an item I'm returning & it won't show me the tracking # again. Is this a glitch in your system?

Your website won't let me email you the information. Going to try my hotmail account. I have never had a problem like this before. I have 5 items all on one packing slip & it has divided them into seperate orders! I sent an email & hope you receive it. Thank you!

I check the "confirm receipt of package" option on the paper they give us.

I always get an email that the box has been received, 

 

but there is no tracking on the process,

I'm not sure about QVC because I haven't returned anything to them in a very long while, but I recently returned a defective item to ShopHQ.  If you use the PP return label, you have to write down the tracking number on it before you send it back.  I have in the past used that number to track my return through the postal system.  I don't have a QVC return label in front of me right now, but I think it's the same.

Moderators, this is definitely an issue that needs to be checked—ever since the rollout of the new Order Status page, I also cannot accurately track my returns. For the past few days, when I clicked the Track Your Return link, it showed the return as "Completed," even though that is unlikely to be true when the packages were just barely dropped off (and no credits have been posted to my account). When trying to click that link today, an error message pops up saying, "Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788." (Trying again only generates the same message.)

 

Fortunately, I record the full tracking numbers before returning items since the system has never been extremely reliable, which enables me to check progress through the Newgistics site, but this is definitely an error that warrants investigation and remediation. Thanks in advance for your help.

It is still not a real tracking #!  But they are not the real tracking #. The one time I didn't write it down & used  USPS pickup because I couldn't get to the PO. I have a confirmation from USPS & I saw them pick it up! You can't track it either!! I've emailed you 3 times. I have never had a problem until your system changed. I have the new order status page & I hate it!

Day four for me & still can not track! I really wish QVC would stop fixing things that aren't broke! It's going to go broke. Others having similar issues!

Day 4 & I still can't track my return. The tracking # says complete so just give me the refund or fix the system! Problem is it's not the real tracking #. You know it! All my usps returns start with 9202 to QVC. I checked on recent returns that I wrote the #'s down for & they have also changed to a completely different #. I'm not the only one!

I returned an item 6 days ago at the Post Office and got a receipt. When I click on QVC return tracking it says "Status Unavailable".  Their system is going from bad to worse. First super slow refunds, now this!
