Tracking Numbers

Since the computer glich last week I am unable to track the numbers given in my purchases.  Why?

I just finished viewing mine and had no trouble.  When I can't see things others can, I try using a different browser and that usually corrects the problem.

No.

 

They are not working. Tried different browsers. More specifically, it's showing "available for pickup" and it shouldn't be. It's on its way back. I did see an advisory note. They are having difficulities with returns information.
