I ordered an HP from QVC on 6/9/18 and paid the startup charges of $77.99. Then today 6/11/18 they attempted to charge my card $72.99. My card declined because I'm a student and barely had funds which is why I was taking these options. After researching and coming to the conclusion I wouldn't have my computer in time for my assignment I cancelled my order. I cannot find refund policy on QVC'S website unless it's concerning returns. Will I get my money back if I never had the item shipped and cancelled the order. I'm really in need of the $77.99 to attempt to get a computer somewhere! Please tell me I will get my money back.
