I have noticed now, when I try to track a purchase, there is no longer a tracking number provided! Please bring that feature back!

I still see both USPS and UPS tracking numbrs.  Click on "track package" then "shipping history" and the number will appear.

I also have no problems seeing and using tracking numpbers.

I can find the tracking numbers with no problem, but I have noticed many do not update along the route like they used to.

And not just with QVC orders.

Once you are notified it was sent, order status shows the tracking number. However, lately I get the message label created waiting for shipper to pick up and this message can last for days. Then suddenly with that comment still up the item arrives. I don't think usps is always keeping up with notifications.

Thanks everyone. I was clicking on the wrong thing ! I was clicking on the list at the left side of the screen, which said Purchase History.  When I clicked on the pictures of my purchases, which were to the right of the column of my purchase history, I saw the tracking numbers!
