The rest of us figured it out just fine. Stop being such a snark. It's unbecoming and unnecessary.

I placed an order with Macy’s on Nov. 3. On Nov. 7, l received the wrong item. (I had ordered an animal print sweater, and they sent me a red tee shirt.
) I called customer service. They emailed me a prepaid shipping label and l sent it back.
That same day, they sent out a replacement. But that one got lost. I called them again. Then they sent out a replacement-for-the-replacement, and that one appeared to be lost as well— tracking had stopped for 5 days.
Then, lo and behold, the package showed up on my doorstep on Nov. 20. And after all that, the sweater didn’t even fit!! ![]()
So, both Macys and UPS messed up. But, with the massive volume of orders and packages going out at this time of year, this is bound to happen occasionally.

Well, in my mind, if I think about it, there's no reason QVC should refund the shipping cost of them sending ME the packages.
My problem is that QVC charges $3.95 (whatever it is) shipping and handling for every single thing they put into ONE BIG box. THAT'S ONE BIG BOX.
Sometimes there might be as many as 4 tops, 2 sets of 3 each packages of big momma panties (my size), even a pair of shoes, etc. ALL IN ONE LARGE BOX.
I get charged either $3.95 or more for eatch going into the ONE BOX.
It kills me when I think there have been times when I've order say, 2 or 3 pair of the same item number pants in different colors, yet I still get charged $3.95 for QVC person to put them into the box. My guess is the items are right next to each other.
As I might have mentioned I sent two huge boxes back to QVC. It had so many tops and pants, etc in each of those boxes I could hardly hold the box together while I taped it.
I probably put about 1/4 to 1/3 roll of tape on those puppies to make sure they didn't flop open while being thrown around.
I slapped on label on each box. So I paid $6.95 to send them back.....
Each item had a return piece of paper with it (reason for return, etc) along with it in the original plastic bag it came in.
I don't believe in wearing the item or holding onto it. If it doesn't fit (which is usually the case) someone else might want to get it. Even though some haven't even been taken out of the bag, I assume they sell them AS IS? I wouldn't know.
I do usually try them on. Although lately the material has been shoddy and cheap so I wouldn't be caught dead wearing it.
I've never cared what other's think, I dress for myself. I like bright colors and I'm not about to put my size XL or 1X body into something that makes me look like a sausage due to how tight it is.
OMG! So I bought those FLY boots. I love Doc Martens (bought my granddaughter a pair recently), but since I wear a size 11, I thought I'd try the FLY one's.
They were almost $300 but I don't mind paying a lot for shoes if I like them.

@everyone. First I apologize for the typos. I was angry when I wrote it and didn’t spell check. I am not hysterical and yes mistakes happen. What made me the angriest is that my item is showing delivered when in fact it was not. This after waiting a week for it to process then another 5 days to get it only to find out it was not in the package but instead someone else’s item. Now that customer has to wait for her item to go back to the Q and wait until they figure out what they did and then mail it back to her. Now Q is saying that my package is delayed until 11-25 but the shipping information shows it was delivered. I am not hysterical - just disgusted. The shipping delays and mistakes are unacceptable from
a company this size.

Mistakes happen with all companies, not so much, due,to total incompetence,
but, because, we're all human! (Your post, is a perfect example, you were, understandably upset, and not paying attention).
To me, it's not so much, that a company makes a mistake, as how they handle it!
I've never quite understood customers who complain, endlessly, about their experiences with QVC, or any company. I'm just not that patient. If a company consistently
disappoints me, I'm no longer a customer. And I sure don't waste my time on their forums, complaining. Why continue to aggravate myself? (Op this is Not directed at you,
just a general observation).
By the way, if any of you are airline pilots or anesthesiologists, disregard, the, we all make mistakes, thing. We need you to limit your mistakes, to your personal life🙃😁
