@Annabellethecat66 : I have been with QVC since they merged with CVN or what ever. This past October was the first time to not have a package delivered. Delivery started with UPS and handed over to the Post Office in Atlanta- so the Post Office lost the package. QVC was quick to refund my money. So let's say from like 1988 to 2019 one package problem- pretty good delivery record. I never ordered a lot from QVC something like an average  of 6 packages during the year depending on my needs. But for a while initially ordered several of the long skirts and tops from Susan Graver. Southern Bee

 Looking at the positive side of this mishap is not the norm all one needs to do is read the posts of   99 percent  of the posters regarding their horrible experiences with QVC for the past year.  Unfortunately for QVC it is hitting them where it hurts according to the recent financials posted by a customer because people are shopping elsewhere, and the most pathetic thing I personally see is that QVC prefers to do nothing about it.  It is a simple solution, people are looking for work, qvc should spend some of their billions to hire people who need to work in their shipping department to get orders out, as well as processed. This albatross has NOTHING to do with the excuse of building a new shipping center, absolutely nothing.  The other shipment buildings are still standing and working so hire more people.   Simple problem to solve but they are relying on loyal customers as put by the CEO, earth to the CEO, the loyal customers have departed!!!!

@everyone. First I apologize for the typos. I was angry when I wrote it and didn’t spell check. I am not hysterical and yes mistakes happen. What made me the angriest is that my item is showing delivered when in fact it was not. This after waiting a week for it to process then another 5 days to get it only to find out it was not in the package but instead someone else’s item. Now that customer has to wait for her item to go back to the Q and wait until they figure out what they did and then mail it back to her. Now Q is saying that my package is delayed until 11-25 but the shipping information shows it was delivered. I am not hysterical - just disgusted. The shipping delays and mistakes are unacceptable from
a company this size.

EXACTLY  GENXMUSE!  The original poster was not hysterical and shouldn't have to re explain her post under any circumstances or to ANYBODY!!! It was clearly understandle to me when I read it.  For those who felt to admonish this author, be kind, and do read the guidelines of this forum, for the life of me, I don't know why this forum is not monitored more, or do I?  Lol

Yes, @Teddixat we have a lot of cyber bullies on this forum. If anyone notices I never go back when they respond to me in a negative way. That is what they feed off of, so I just say my opinion and move on. A bully is just a coward turned inside out! Keep posting, and don't go back and justify yourself to any of them. You do not have to justify your post to anyone.
