Keep photos of your packaged returns and your receipts!

When I return an item, I try to pay my own U.S. Mail return postage, which is frequently cheaper than using QVC's prepaid labels.  You can create a free account at USPS.com, then use their Click-N-Ship to prepay postage and print out your own return label.  You can even schedule a pickup of the item at your residence, which is free if you have it picked up during their normal mail delivery times.

BUT here are two very important things to do:  Take a photo of your labeled package before it leaves your house, and take a photo of your receipt to show you paid for your own return postage.  (In fact, even if I use the QVC prepaid label, I still take a photo of the labeled package for my own protection to prove I mailed it back to them.  I also keep a copy of the email confirming that the mail person picked up my package.)

ALSO, QVC usually deducts the cost of their prepaid label from your reimbursement even if you don't use it, so watch your account to make sure you are reimbursed the correct amount.  Nine time out of ten, I have to call Customer Service and let them know I prepaid the postage myself and offer to send them photos of my receipt and the package, showing the US Mail label.  They have never asked to see those photos and will always adjust the reimbursement amount, but I still make sure to keep the photos until the return and reimbursement are completed.

Sorry for the long message, and hope I haven't made it sound too difficult.  If I have an expensive item, it's usually cheaper and easier to use the QVC prepaid label.  But for normal returns, it's cheaper to use U.S. Mail Click-N-Ship.

Coorperate didn't say too bad, that's just my title.  The perfume was $100, not a small purchase.  The post office generated a reciept, but QVC has no tracking of it, so idk.  First time I've had issues with returns.  I've never had any issues at HSN.  I was just taken aback, with the reply to contact your credit card company reply.

@Dar321  -  Did you track the item?  Where is it?  Sounds like the Q never received the item.  You should be able to track it.

I can't blame the Q for not wanting to refund an item they never received.

@Dar321  When I return an item, I usually take it to UPS and print a label. I go to my order and start a return/exchange. It takes you to various screens and then you print a label or Scan for QR code which goes to your cellphone. I take it to UPS and get a receipt.

When I get home, I email QVCeasyreturns@qvc.com and cc: qvcsocialteam@qvc.com with my order number and tracking number. I give them the reason for the return and ask that refund be issued to credit card. This has never failed.

You now have on record all your information.  This will save you any further questions. Hope this helps.
