I sent back a $100 Viva la Juicy perfume, 2 days after i recieved it.  Looked at my account a month later, and noticed return was not prosessed. Chatted with a couple agents, they said they had to send to corporate.  Corporate said too bad, contact your credit card company!  Been shopping here over 20yrs, and never had them say too bad, contact card company.....Thanks for letting me rant.

Something is missing from your post.  Did they not receive the return?  Were they asking for proof of return?

Said the return wasn't generated.  I got a reciept from the post office, but my hubby accidentally threw it out.  I returned with prepaid label.

@Dar321 - Did the prepaid label come with the invoice or did you generate it by clicking on the "Start a return" option on your order?

 

If you did it that way, you should be able to check the tracking on your return by looking at your order online.  (Under the order information, there's an option "Track Your Return".)

 

If you don't have any tracking info or proof of the return, I'm not sure what QVC can do about it.

 

Also, how long has it been since you returned it?  I've had things (especially these days) take longer than normal.

QVC has outsourced its credit card operation to Synchrony Bank.  If you didn't use the Q-card, check with the bank identified on the personal credit card you used.

If you gave proper details, we might be able to help you!!

 

If you returned with the Q label, there is a tracking number on it.  That number would be listed on your order status.

If you no longer have the receipt given at the PO, you still would be able to track it on USPS.com

 

If Corporate really said too bad....there must be a reason.  QVC is Not known to just say too bad for you.

 

Suggest you email ALL info to

 

qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

 

They are the ones who could sort this all out for you

@Tori3569. @Dar321  lol, lol.  A lot is missing.  First where did you buy it?  Secondly did they tell you it was not received back?  Did you insure the item and have a receipt?  I'm guessing they said they didn't receive it and you had no proof it was sent, right?  What did you expect they would do?  Your mistake.
