Time showing CST even though default says EST

This has happened before. I was writing down the Valerie Par Hill shows last night and when I went to turn on the 9am show today I see it is not there. Then think I wonder if the program guide is, went to central standard time again! Sure enough it did.

Please notify the tech team that this is still happening.

And yes I just cleared my cache, cookies and changed to a different browser just so I wouldn't be advised this and yes it is still happening.

Sorry but again this is a QVC website problem, not anyone's computer, laptop or phone. Someone else mentioned it too but I couldn't find her post. It was not under customer care I don't think.

And under my settings it still says it is set to EST (the default) but the program guide is in CST.

@on the bay It would probably be easier to move than to get QVC to get this right.

@on the bay - Yes, this has been happening for a looooooong time. I don't think they care enough to fix it, so I just know that the time zones have a 99% chance of being wrong for me whenever I visit the program guide or items recently on air sections. (And I've commented before that even if I click one of those sections, update the time zone, and then immediately click into the other section using QVC's site links, the time zone always changes again. So fun.)
