I ordered an Attitudes maxi dress on 7/26/21. I received it within a normal timeframe, but, didn't really like the fit, so I returned it. Now today, 9/13/21, I received it in mail again. Imagine my surprise! I looked online at my order on 7/26/21 and see that I received my refund, but, it shows another order for the same dress on 7/26 and it shipped on 9/2/21. Not sure how that happened. If, by some odd chance, I did order it twice (maybe thinking the first order didn't process), why did it not ship out until September? Of course, I don't want it and will return it, but, I don't want to lose shipping fees both ways.

I sent the e-mail to you. After further investigation, it appears they handled the return as an exchange and sent the very SAME item back to me. The plastic bag it was sent back in had not even been opened by customer service.
