I confirmed via question that was answered by Valerie’s staff that Sky Blue is indeed a pure medium blue and the “blue” choice has some green in it and looks aqua/ocean. I also had my husband and son look at the colors of the spheres online and compare them to the color I got and they both said that “blue” is in the box.
I have had many deliveries this past year that have been wrong. The past 20 years prior of shopping with you, I had zero. I don’t know what to do at this point to get the correct Sky Blue that will go with my front porch decor. I’m a bit tired of having to repackage and go to the post office. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Dear Customer Care:
Add just one more inconvenience to this awful order experience above. I had to call and get a slip on the 3rd wrong order as they did not give me a return packing slip in the box. They canceled my order as apparently there is a problem in the warehouse and when they did the manual pull, they did NOT open the box and check the colors online so they didn’t waste my time yet again with sending the 3rd shipment of the wrong color. Of course I was disappointed and felt that it was such a complete waste of my time.
Today I look at my account and see that when they processed the return of the 3rd wrong shipment, they charged me return shipping even though I clearly stated on the return form that it was the 3rd time they sent me the wrong color and to refund me the full purchase price. I also told the customer service rep to make sure they fully refunded my money. I am definitely not paying return shipping when I get sent the wrong color THREE times. I now have to make yet another phone call to get a credit for the return shipping.
Honestly, QVC, this is not okay. This is not the first time, or even fourth time I have missed out on an item I purchased and had my time wasted in the past year as you have sent me the wrong color or wrong item and then the original item is sold out. My husband is an executive and he just shook his head in amazement at the issues I have had in the past year. He said that I needed to talk to someone who cared high up at corporate or to stop shopping here. I already decided not to order any gifts from QVC 6 months ago after a few mistakes and I was left scrambling. Now I am rethinking future purchases and will ponder hard whether it is worth my time. Such as shame as I have LOVED shopping with you for the past 20 years.

I had the same experience trying to order a holiday carrot cake New York Cheesecake. Even after contacting customer service, making sure they had the correct address with Brittany in the chat window, double checking it would be sent to the correct address and, NOPE, it was sent again to the incorrect address, so someone received two free cheesecakes. I finally just requested my money back and cancelled my orders. Don't think I'll use QVC again.

I have had problems with 4 orders in the last week. I received an email from QVC saying my order was delivered but instead of getting my order I got someone else's order. I called Q/CS - said they'd send a replacement. I had to return the wrong order that belonged to someone else
In the meantime I was waiting for the matching top to go with that order. Today I received the matching top but in the wrong size and wrong color. Called Q/CS - tons of apologies only to find out the matching top is no longer available in my color and size!!!! so the replacement will now be useless since the top is no longer available. These mistakes are so frustrating. At this point I have absolutely no confidence that I will receive what I ordered. QVC Needs to fix these problems. I was given a $15 credit for my troubles. But now it's a matter of waiting for the bottoms to arrive and return them because they are no longer of use to me then make sure I'm not charged for the return postage!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
