@qvcaddition Just out of curiosity -- I would appreciate it if you would post whether you ever get your original order. Neither of my original orders of the two QVC replaced ever showed up. Both Lock n Lock -- both shipped from CA (which was unusual in my experience) -- both involving USPS Innovations -- and tracking for both ended in the same place.

Wow, this must be a real problem. I ordered something from Josie Maran two items actually, one I received the other was suppose to be delivered by November 10. I called CS, she was very nice, and saw there was no shipping information on the order. She is sending me out another one, if I receive the first one I need to return it. This is the first time in many years I have had a problem.

The first one this year, can,t remember what it was, so they refunded me. I do remember it coming in like a month from when I called and told them to charge me for the item.
Then the Harry Slakin warmer never showed up, and I received a refund. It never arrived. Today they are sending out another lotion, but I think one of the mods here was able to get it out of the Hoskins, I'll warehouse where it was just sitting. CS COULDN,t. So I called about an hour later to cancel the new shipment and they COULDN,t, just an hour after she ordered it. Now I will return it and explain, I am being honest, no shipping charge please.
The shipping is a big problem. Maybe that is why the free shipping.
I ordered two days ago from BATH AND BODY WORKS, received today. QVC takes an order, no cancelling, stays in process for days, but you can,t cancel, then stays in a warehouse somewhere for days, then to the PO for a few days.

So earlier in the month a package I was expecting didn't arrive, I called CS. There was no tracking information on the package, I was sent out a replacement. I received it, the original is still MIA. Now I expected another package which was shipped 11/16 and expected delivery by 11/22 by the USPS. Well I haven't received it yet, I tracked it, it was sent to the wrong post office about two towns away (where it still seems to be). I called CS and was told to give it another day. I never had trouble with QVC before, what the heck is going on? I may make fewer purchases with this kind of service!

maybe the problem is using ups to then hand off to USPS. Maybe using just USPS only instead of this hand off would alleviate the whole problem . I myself have not had a problem with the UPS/USPS. I have been receiving my packages in a timely manner, no problems so far.

So as I have stated in a previous post, my package is MIA. The tracking details states it was sent to the post office 2 towns away. It has been there since 11/21, with no new information. If I don't get it today I will call CS again and have them send out a replacement. I wonder who scanned it incorrectly, the post office, or was it at QVC 's end?
