I filled out an online return form and got the requested QR code, but this time it wasn't emailed to me.  And I am not about to lug my laptop into the UPS store so they can scan the tab I have open.

It's nice when it works but this is really tiresome.

Just a thought - take a clear picture of your laptop screen with your cell phone, centering it on the QR code.  Then just take your phone to the PO? UPS? and let them scan your phone.

Update - I received the email with the QR code four hours later!  Since I wasn't planning on taking care of this until tomorrow, that works.  But how odd.

@Bookplate @Don't you have your email account on your phone ? Just go to your email and open it. There is no need to take a picture off your laptop

@elated  I have my email on my phone.  The problem was that qvc didn't send me the email until four hours after I filled out the online form and they generated the QR code. They generated it just fine but it took four hours for them to email it to me.  First time that happened.
