Fellow QVC shoppers there is hope!  The last three items I ordered were all shipped within a few days and arrived in record time.  I was so down on QVC's shipping that I was ready to throw in the towel.  It sounds like QVC is listening to our complaints and doing something about it.

Yes, my recent orders appear to have shipped quickly. Hope that continues.

Now if they could only process returns in under two weeks....

I have not had problems with the shipping, but the return process is a disaster.  Warehouse gets return then does not credit your account for weeks.  The exchange process is just as bad.  They will ships something back out to you weeks later.

Yes, seeing improvement, not only with QVC...UPS, too.

 

QVC - 2 1/2 days in process.

 

UPS - 2 days from pickup in South Carolina to delivery in

Pennsylvania.  Wow!

 

QVC's EDD was 6/20.

florabelle, I'm glad to hear this for you and that your faith has been restored!  HAHA!!

 

However, I cannot say the same.  An item ordered June 4 is still showing 'in process' today, June 14!!!  10 DAYS in process!!!!!  I called CS two days ago and was told it showed the item had been pulled and should be shipping out.  Yet, it is still in process.

 

I ordered another item on Monday, June 11, early in its presentation.  The item did sell out in the color I chose. Yesterday I noticed it is on Backorder, and this morning I received an email that they are sorry, but will be unable to fulfill my order. What the heck?!?!?!?!?

 

I feel we are on board a sinking ship!

I did receive an email from QVC recently asking for patience.  They are making changes to the order system.

 

So everyone please say a prayer that this positive experience continues.  Afraid I am actually nervous when changes happen, but crazy things happen when these changes occur.

 

Just yesterday I was unable to access my order status history.  I have a Mac computer where I can store my passwords and QVC kept indicating that information was incorrect and I was denied access.  This did correct itself later in the day, but this is just what I am referring to about changes.

 

Just yesterday my shopping cart view is a difference format.  Never know what to expect.
