Maybe someone else mentioned this already.  But earlier today it was slow and it still is right now.  Very slow.

Not only is this forum slow, but per usual 'live chat' doesn't work and the hold time to ask a ? on the phone is greater than 5 minutes. QVC needs improvement in so many areas!!!!

I have noticed intermittent, sluggish response time also, but thought it was just my browser.

I'm having sluggish problems today too.

 

I also had problems yesterday. The occasional rolling stripes message: we are processing your request.
