Thanks for the Excellent Customer Service

Once again a giant thanks to the customer service of QVC.. I have consistently received excellent care. Over

the 20 plus years I’m a customer I’ve been treated rudely once, the rest of my encounters have been positive.

@IMW, May I also say a sincere thank you to mods ( Beth & Melvin etc)and CS . They are always helpful and show courtesy. Wouln't want their jobs for a million dollars. Listening to some people who are never satisfied.If you treat people in the way you want to be treated you are a winner.

I agree about the excellent customer service. Those that I have talked to have gone above and beyond my expectations.

           My experiences with QVC's customer service have been positive and have had good results.    I made a large purchase several months ago.   While the actual problem was one that the manufacturer needed to correct, QVC as the vendor was exceedingly helpful and went above and beyond what they really were required to do.   One representative gave me her extension number and asked me to keep following up until the problem was resolved, and several of them sent email message to me.

           I, too, want to thank the QVC Social Team.    They've been tremendously helpful to those who report problems here on the forums or in email messages.    They have a myriad of other duties, yet they step in and research customers' order and merchandise issues when notified of them.   This is one of the benefits of the newer Community platform, and I welcome it and am so appreciative.  

           Customer service is not easy.    Those of us who have been in those shoes know how difficult it can be, yet sometimes rewarding.   For sure, there are those who aren't suited to the job, or who are having a horrible day, or who haven't received proper training, but I think it helps to remember we as customers sometimes aren't doing our part to "help them help us."
