Special shout out to @Wayne-QVC @Barbara-QVC and @Kim-QVC who all had a hand in helping me get reimbursement of a price difference on my new Dyson TP02 Purifier yesterday!

 

I purchased one at $499 and shortly thereafter, it went down to $364. Quite a bit of difference. Since my higher priced Dyson hadn't shipped yet, they couldn't credit the difference to me.

 

I kept checking back with them and depending upon which day of the week I would check, one of these three QUICKLY emailed me on my order status, which was not always current online.

IMO, the Social Team here is QVC's 'golden ticket'!

 

If it weren't for them there would NO CS at QVC anymore and I would have left long ago as a customer of almost 30 years.

 

They go above and beyond and should be commended.....and give 'em a RAISE, they deserve it!
