Thanks Customer Service !

I ordered the bose Bluetooth wireless speaker back on 11/27 and QVC noted expected delivery by 12/4 however it was never shipped.  I ended up calling CS on or about 12/10 and she  immediately sent a email to the appropriate department. My order was shipped 12/11 via air from Phoenix and  delivered to me in St. Louis via UPS on 12/13. Now that's what I call service !  Woman LOLWoman Very Happy

@Goodie2shoes  Wow, I'm so glad they got everything straightened out for you! I bought that same speaker last spring to use out on the deck and at the pool. I love it! The only thing about it that bothered me a little is that the battery charge doesn't last as long as they say. After about 4 hours I always had to plug it back in to charge.

I had problems with two orders in the past week.  One item never shipped and with the other order I received the wrong item.

 

After contacting QVC's customer service for both issues, the problem was fixed and I had the items needed two days later.

 

Having worked in retail many years, I appreciate their efforts and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I agree! QVC customer service representatives have ALWAYS been excellent anytime I've ever had a problem! They definitely deserve a shout out!!! 😃
