Wasn't surprised my lastest experience with CS outstanding. This has always been my experience. In a time when personal touch seems lacking in large companies Qvc shines. Sincerely appreciate shopping with you.

@ Wayne., I have talked with several times. This gentleman could not be more helpful. Seems to always do his best to help the Q cust. "Q" take NOTICE" This fellow needs to train others in your CS dept. They will learn a great deal from him. P.S. I am a loyal cust. LOVE the QI am no relation to Wayne. Just sincerely appreciate him.
