Following my post yesterday of ' Feeling devalued...' the QVC social media team reached out and did some work on my issue. This morning i received a phone call from QVC informing me that they found my order and how it was mistakenly lost, and of their intention to overnight my order to its recipient. My daughter will get her birhday gift !
Thank you QVC team for unknotting this issue and taking responsibility for a speedy resolution . You renewed my faith in good old fashioned customer service !

Glad your issue was resolved. However, would QVC have done all that had you not posted on the forum ???
