Melvin from the social team just helped me out with a sizing issue that I had.

 

I know QVC gets knocked around a lot and wanted others to know that I had a great experience...yes it turned out in my favor so it's easy to praise him.... but even if it had not, he was helpful and did his best to help me.

@Mom2Dogs - I second the kudos to Melvin (and the rest of the QVC Social Team).  I emailed a question earlier, and @Melvin-QVC replied THREE (yes, 3) minutes later.  Talk about prompt customer service!.  :-)

The Social Team does respond amazingly fast. They are courteous too and really want to help. 👍
