Thank You QVC Customer Service

Last night just before midnight I jumped on line & ordered a Dooney handbag 👜 .It was my last chance to order it with free shipping.This morning I went to check my order status & the bag wasn’t listed.I called customer service & the representative couldn’t have been nicer!! She re placed the order for me & waived the $11.47 in shipping charges!!

I am so glad for you! QVC customer service is the best! I have shopped other companies lately and had some problems. Their customer service people have been rude and you could tell that they could care less about me (companies I've done business with for many years).

I'm kind of back on a QVC kick because getting such bad customer service from other places has made me appreciate QVC A LOT more!!! And Free shipping day was WONDERFUL!!!

People on the boards complain about QVC, but they do have great customer service. I'm glad that you posted your experience to remind others!
