I talked with Customer Service this morning, and was helped by a wonderful lady named May (or is it Mae?). I ordered something that is only available for a limited time and with no shipping charges.
To my dismay, I noted that for a week that product has been sitting 15 minutes from me at a UPS facility. When I called the local UPS number, they said they didn't know where it was. I told them it was at their facility, that's where it is! LOL!! He had no solution or suggestion as to what was going on, and was "sure it will arrive" at my home.
Well, it hadn't, so I called and had a wonderful chat with QVC's CS, and the product was immediately reordered for me, with the same no-shipping charge.
Thank you, QVC, for having wonderful people to help handle my situation. It was nice to see in my order status that it was immediately taken care of and is on its way (hopefully!) to me.

I wonder if you'll get the item twice now - the item that's resting at the UPS facility nearby and the item that just shipped. That would be a nice surprise!
