Temptations TSV 21 Piece Set

I purchased this TSV in Sharock and in Romance. The Shamrock set was alright but the Romance Set the 2 Quart Swoval - spelling maybe wrong - was broken in the box, I called customer service and asked if I had to send the whole set back and they told me they would send the replacement piece. I got an e-mail confirmation that they were sending the thermal tote, so I called again and told them I did not need the tote as I already ordered and got that. I asked about the 2 Quart Swoval that was what was broken and the person said she didn't not if I would get a replacement or not. This is heartbreaking to me as this is a important piece of the Romance Set. Who can direct me to a person who knows the answer and to get this 2 Quart piece of the set? Please ....

When I've received defective items and wanted a replacement of A PART - not the whole thing - CS told me they couldn't do that. So my impression is: QVC gets (dishes for example) in big boxes - big shipments all packed in China (let's say). Boxes are put in warehouse and shipped out to customer unopened. Q can't go in another box of dishes and pull out one dish and ship to you. They would now have a box of dishes missing one part of the set & couldn't sell incomplete set (have to be trashed). Don't believe QVC can operate that way.

@cool2bcalm - I was trying to post a reply to your duplicate thread, but apparently it was deleted while I was composing my message.

I do hope you can get some help with this situation, but I'm guessing that you might have to either return the set for a refund or just keep what you have and ask customer service for a partial refund for the broken piece since the Romance pattern is now sold out. I'm so sorry.
