I've been trying for many weeks (months?) to get back the ability to view and edit my auto delivery orders. I've called and did live chat multiple times and given the same advice over and over - clear history, clear the cache, try a different browser- all to no avail. Even tried on a new computer! I was told yesterday to only use my phone app because that works much better. When that didn't work I was told to delete the app and re-download-which I did, and of course it didn't work. I can purchase, I can view orders, browse, but every single time I try to edit my auto delivery orders it says "Hmmm, something is wrong" and gives me the customer service number which completes the vicious circle I've been running in. I do not want to have to call and sit on the phone to edit my auto orders, that's ridiculous. Anyone have this issue , had this issue and solved it? I'm at a loss!

Agree ~ I've been having trouble as well. I just keep calling and only one time did I get a rep that was helpful but I'm basically letting my AD's expire on their own. My most serious concern was on two different returns my Easy Pay was not cancelled. Finally someone helped but I'm super uneasy now. I had never really paid much attention to my Easy Pay orders but on the few remaining I audit weekly.

I've never been able to edit an auto delivery order. Rather than give myself a headache, I just call CS  and ask them to do it.

I wish I could help you, but I am in my AD all the time and have never had a problem!!

 

I use desktop Edge or Firefox and my Kindle which has some odd browser of its own.

 

Techo issues are so weird!

 

I was just in yesty, edited dates, skipped some shipments and even cancelled one.

 

I find it very difficult to navigate by someone trying to direct me over the phone.

 

Any chance someone could take a look for you in person?  Sometimes a second set of eyes helps!
