@frenchie. Try using a different browser.  Sometimes, for no apparent reason, they stop working.  I have 3 downloaded and switch between the

I don't have a solution. Just wanted to wish you good luck. I had trouble for the last few weeks getting videos to play. As other suggested, I tried using different browsers -didn't work. Contacted Q - no help. But miraculously the videos have been playing the last 2 days. I KNOW it isn't my computer. When I contaacted Q they said "they were working on things". That tells me it is the Q. Again, good luck.

@suzykee  have the same problem and same qvc response as the videos only play 1/4 of the way and then they cut out.  Also Q sends me emails that I cannot open so I just delete them. I order less and less because of this. Q  needs new IT consultant.  "now it works, not it doesn't"
