I ordered the Tatcha  TSV 6/15. I see a returned message under order with a refund. I never received it to return it. Could you check on this? Thank you

I am sorry but  it appears this order was lost between our warehouse and third party shipper to UPS. Unfortunately we have no more stock to replace this order. Your next release should be in September. Do you wish to keep this auto delivery?
