TSV order not showing that it’s ordered

Placed an order for Patricia Nash’s brown suede purse, it went through but noticed it’s not showing online as ordered. Didn’t think to write down order number, because I’ve never had an issue. Checked email and no record of it either. Placed order again and captured order number. It’s still not showing as ordered and no email. I do see my waitlist order though for another item. I called customer service they don’t see the brown suede orders either. I don’t want two brown suede purses but not sure I’ll even get one. Is there a website issue? I’ve no problems with my account. Thanks!

When you called customer service did you put the second order through with them? I would call again and put an order in with a person. Tell them what happened and tell them to put a note with your order that something happened and you only want one handbag delivered. That way if you get more than one they will not charge you the return fee. 
something like this once happened to me and the order showed up hours later. 
good luck...you might receive many handbags in the end!

I spoke to a real person 4 times. Was told they’re doing maintenance and they can’t put my order through. Was asks to wait another hour or two to see if the order shows up. I even gave my second order number, that order had been placed and they can’t see it. I asked if others aren’t able to place orders and was told again they’re doing maintenance and orders aren’t going through. Don’t know if this is accurate or not. They did note that if I receive two brown suede bags I won’t be charged to return. Thanks for replying! 🩷

This happens sometimes.  Not often, but sometimes.  If you did actually place an order and got an order number your order went through even if it doesn't show in your status.  Customer service also will not be able to see your order when this happens.  If you place another order, you will receive two then.

 

Often the order doesn't show up until the next day--normally after midnight sometime.  So be patient and wait until tomorrow and check again.  Also, you should receive a confirmation email at that time.

 

I always write down the order number immediately after I get it.  Then I check the receipt and sometimes will make a screenshot of it for proof that my order did go through in case there is a problem later.

 

It's just another one of QVC's glitches.

This just happened to me yesterday/today. I ordered a pair of anybody pants yesterday around 7:30/8pm and got a confirmation email from PayPal with my order number and the easy pay amount within minutes of my order. When I looked up my orders on QVC there wasn't a record of what I ordered, even when I put in the order number in it didn't show up. I was going to rebuy the pants, but I waited to see if it would eventually show up. Well, I got a text at 3:45 this morning confirming my order of the pants and when I looked up my orders, it was there. It took a while, but I'm glad I waited. I bet that'll happen to you too, it just might take a bit, fingers crossed it'll work out for you.🤞

I had the same issue this morning - also with the brown suede TSV.  I placed the order but then when I checked there was no order in my order status.  So I placed another order which is showing.

 

I have never placed an order where it didn't show up immediately.

To those of you who placed duplicate orders:  keep checking your orders because this happens occasionally, the 2 orders will show up!  Then you may have to try and cancel one.  Goood luck.

I usually receive an email when a package is delivered to  my house. Yesterday, I did not.

Thank you everyone! Have never had this happen. Called CS again and spoke to a supervisor. They are looking into it for me and said my account was fine, it’s apparently a glitch. They’re supposed to call me back, but I hope they just fix the issue, or like many said, after midnight it’s resolved. They noted everything on my account, to return if I get a duplicate. Fingers crossed it gets resolved quickly. Thanks and have a nice weekend!

i just received my email confirming my order for the TSV I placed @ 9 hours ago. Hope your issue finally got resolved also.
