Yet, I ordered an item from the D&C show on Tuesday and it shipped Wednesday. Very strange. We can only assume that transportation problems are preventing some merchandise from reaching the warehouses.

I don't know what's up. It's rare that I order a clothing item that's new and full price. I did that on May 3. Not even In Process. It has since gone to Clearance pricing. At this rate I do not think I will ever see it. Frustrating.
QVC: if you do not have the item in the warehouse in all sizes DON'T OFFER IT FOR SALE!!

I really hope you folllw through with your threat. If I had a dollar for everyone who says "they're done" and keeps buying from qvc, well, you get the idea

Yes, we get the idea. I guess you have never had problems with CS or shipping. Frustration sets in when after time you are sent a note saying sorry for the delay. After several weeks of that and the item has been in process all that time and they won't let you cancel it, it does get to you.
I think your words to the lady weere unkind.

I ordered a Denim & Company shirt on the 12th and it still In Processing, but that has been the norm for some time now!
And why have several of the plants I have ordered put on Backorder and I have seen them presented after I ordered, are they going to be shipped or should they just be canceled? And 2 of the plant items were expected to be received by the 16th, and they are still in processing?
This is getting very frustrating!

Kissiegirl, agree completely...makes no sense...item ordered 5/13 in still "in process". Item ordered 5/12 has been received. Item ordered 5/11, ten days ago, still in process, yet expected delivery date is 5/12.....the day after I ordered it. It is rather unfathomable that a company as large as QVC cannot/ does not deliver in a timely fashion. Are they perhaps unaware that, in "modern times" nearly EVERY company is surpassing them in customer service?. Perhaps they are resting on the laurels established when they were a fresh, new way of shopping. Not so much anymore. Beginning to feel perhaps they SHOULD be swallowed up by a company which CAN process and deliver ....and, yes, when I decide I'm "done" with them, I WILL be "done"....

Already spoke to a CS rep about the price difference ($11.50) and of course I have not yet been charged. You can bet I will remember to ask for the price adjustment if I ever get the item, which seems in doubt at this point.
