My order had been screwed up for 6 weeks with no resolution in sight. I had contacted Q customer care several times during this period by email & phone. I either got canned replies or no reply at all.

Then I e-mailed social.team@qvc.com. In just 36 minutes I had a reply from Kim on the social team. She corrected the problem, and my order was shipped the next day and delivered 2 days later!

I am very grateful for her help. The social team seems to be the way to go when orders need fixing.

That's really great that Kim was able to help you.

 

I don't understand why QVC Social has the ability to do things that customer service can't seem to take care of?
