I just checked on my return and there is no track return now on my item. Nothing to click on to see where my package is, I hope this is not permanent thing. The last time I looked it was still at post office. Please correct the status bar !!!!!

I ordered 2 "lunchtime specials" yesterday and the confirmation didn't hit my email until wee hours of this morning. And the price per the email confimation was the current clearance price, not the lower LTS price. I distinctly recall the Halston polo shirt was under $16 and the Isaac lace skirt was under $30.
Given the computer malfunction was not my fault, the LTS price should be honored.
TIA for your assistance w/this matter!

I have been trying for a few days to return a Laptop. Normally I would just put the Return Sticker Label on the Box, However, there are Instructions to call Customer Service. When I call i get a Wait time over 5 mins and wait in a "Q" and then get dropped and have to call in again!!!
Do you have an estimated time you will be back up??

@Susan-QVC I have been trying to place an order for my grandmother by phone since yesterday. The phone lines on all QVC numbers are just playing music or qvc ads. The customer service number said to hold for a representative, and then I just got a busy signal. ![]()
