I made a major purchase of a desktop computer on 7/6. The initial shipment arrived on 7/10 even though EDD was 7/18. I was very happy. Unfortunately the computer was DOA. These things happen and I didn't fret knowing QVC had such a good return policy even though I've never had to use it. Called Customer Service and they arranged a pick up and next day USPS picked it up.

 

This is where the stress begins.

 

Apparently QVC included the wrong return label with my order and USPS brought the package back the next day with note of postage due. Called Customer Service again and they emailed a new label but I do not have access to a printer so they mailed a new label out. This was on 7/12. I actually received the label on 7/24. No joke almost 2 weeks. I put the new label on the package and drove it to the post office that day. It took 4 days for the package to get to Atlanta and another day for it to get to Rocky Mount NC 7/29.

 

It is now 7/31 and my package has been showing Delivered to QVC but no activity for replacing the item.

 

This was a major purchase for me and it seems that I'm in one of those loops where if it can go wrong it will. If CS here can shed some light on when I might actually receive my new computer I would appreciate it.

@charlotteshopper  I issued a replacement for the Item and I will have it mailed via express delivery. Your new order should arrive on or about Thursday, August 03, 2017.

So to continue my adventure with the order from hell, Wayne contacted me to say that the replacement was backordered and it would be a week or two before we knew if the replacement could be shipped. This meant that I would have made two easypays and not received the product knowing that the first one was a lemon. I asked Wayne to cancel the order which he did.

 

I ended up purchasing a similar PC on best buy for half the price. I just got lucky on discounts and coupons. I'm still awaiting it's arrival.

 

I don't fault QVC but I just got unlucky on this order. As I said before what could go wrong did.
