USPS isn't the problem. UPS isn't the problem. Once a shipment leaves QVC, or any retailer, for that matter, they have no control on how long it takes to be delivered. What QVC IS responsible for is the unreasonably long time items remain in process when they are ordered. Sometimes it seems like they have it together and then they hit a snag. I don't know what their problem is because they never let us know. But I will not be ordering any gifts from them this holiday season because who knows when they will arrive. Q really needs to get its act together.

Yes, Q needs to get their act together.  But, I've been saying this for many years and it's not happening.

Yes I’ve been wondering if the weather is holding things up @Kachina624 , I tried to find out but so far no luck. Mine is stuck in Illinois also.

When mine hit Urbancrest(?sp)  Ohio the delay is ridiculous.  It usually takes 4-7 days from Ohio, I live in PA it is crazy how these things are shipped
