My only open order purchased May 1. I contacted CS a couple of weeks ago  to cancel or find out when it would finally ship. They sent me shipping info. Problem is the shipping label says preparing to ship for over a week. No movement. Can someone please help explain what is going on. It feels like they only sent the shipping info to put me off.

@Lali1    I have taken a look at the order and it looks like it did ship, I am sorry about that.  Unfortunately we have no stock to replace, I will issue a refund for you now.

My last two orders have been in "Being Processed" for 10 days.................i understand the delays with the virus, etc.

but 10 days???

I would like to know when item #382337 will arrive. First was told 6/3. Then 6/9. Arriving 6/9 is impossible as it's still "IN PROCESS". Its insanity. Ordered a bag from the Marc Jacobs website on Friday and it's out for delivery today. I kid you not.

@spursfan2    I am so sorry that the order continues to be delayed.  The order is now showing 'loaded to ship" that is progress that I am happy to see. My fingers are crossed we see it shipped by noon tomorrow.
