I Ordered 3 of "Amy's" new rings on 5/11.  There are quite a few reviews already and my order, which I ordered before it was even presented, is Still In Process.  Why?  I also have an order from May 2 still sitting there.  I really do not understand why I receive merchandise from HSN so quickly, returns as well, and here I have to wait almost a month!

I feel your pain.  I also have two items I ordered on May 2 that have not even shipped yet.  It is crazy that QVC won’t let you cancel the order even though it’s a month old already.  Good luck to you.

I also ordered someithing 5/6I am still waiting. Trying to talk to someone and no luck.  Well this will be last order from here..

My order says it was delivered June 1 and it is June 3 but I do not have it. And the sysstem has not updated my status. Cannot get through to CHAT and phone customer service keeps telling me they don't know why I do not have updated shipping information service and they suggest CHAT people might be able to help. This is my second ever and probably my last ever QVC order.

Me too! I ordered jockey bras TSV and no one can say when it will be shipped. They blame it on the virus or jockey. When you call they give you info that will get you off the phone but isn't true. Something that they put "in process" is for their benefit because you can't cancel it. What a scam!

Hi @schorsch Your order shows a request to cancel the item was submited. Keep an eye on the order for the cancelation to go through.

Hi @h2ogram I checked your account and do not see an order that has shipped recently. The umbrella is still in the process of shipping and an email was sent explaining there would be a delay. The new estimated delivery date is 6/9.

Hi @celticgal I am so sorry for the delay. Your account shows an email was sent to you on 5/29 concerning the delay and a request to cancel the order was processed today. Keep an eye out for the order to be canceled.
