Still PREPARING MY ORDER - for TWO WEEKS???????

I purchased 2 Perricone items on Nov 4 on AD ..  today is Nov 18 and the status of  both still shows "PREPARING YOUR ORDER".  For TWO WEEKS????  Something is definitely wrong. I contacted CS on Mon and they referred my issue to the AD group.  Nothing changed by Tuesday so I contacted them again,  and again when I check today it still shows in preparation,  2 weeks after my purchase. 

QVC CS is EXCELLENT,  and I appreciate what they do,  but this lengthy delay is beyond ridiculous.  

If this is not corrected today,  I DO NOT WANT EITHER ITEM.  I will contact CS later today and let them know.  I'm sure I will be told that it's too late to cancel, so I'll have to return during this busy holiday season.

That has happened several times to me.  It seems like it is anything that comes out of their California warehouse.  When it ships from PA, there doesn't seem to be any delay.

 

I don't blame you for being frustrated.

That is one of the reasons I stopped ordering from QVC. I will only buy something that I have or know I will keep. Clothing is out! QVC can not seem to get the size charts right anymore. Then if you need to exchange something by the time they process your return there's nothing left!

I pre-orderd the Le Creuset TSV about when it first came up on the website (Nov 12)  and I see it still says "preparing your order". There is no tracking number.

 

Actually, I've not seen this before on any order that I can recall.

 

And today is Nov 18, and it says delivery by Nov 20. Right.

 

If the stuff is in stock, I don't know why it takes so long to ship. If it comes from CA, which is under lockdown and restrictions, I can get it...but they should make that clear.

 

I doubt I'll order again from QVC any time soon.

 

I have orders out from Amazon and Williams Sonoma and E-bay and they are ALL delivered within about a week....so the "Shipping Excuse" really doesn't play with me....

@nyc1, I just checked my order status. One order is still listed as 'preparing order" Two other orders have been at local P. O.  since Nov. 13. Wish everything could be sent UPS. I am willing to pay extra fee.Wish I could feel some Holiday Spirit. . I am completely discouraged as so many of you my friends. May each of you STAY WELL!!

I ordered something a few weeks ago. It sat and never got updated. No preparing your order, nothing. I ended up cancelling because I got tired of waiting.

Hi @nyc1 I am so sorry for the delay. There are comments on the order that there is a delay in shipping. I emailed the Auto Delivery Team and they should get back to me today.

Hi @Othereeeen I checked your order and it's been loaded on the truck to ship. Once it hits the first hub and is scanned you should be able to track it.

This has happened to me too.  After waiting and waiting, I contacted CS (via phone) and by the end of the day my item shipped.  I see that CS commented that there may be a shipping delay and that has happened to me to.  I had ordered the Jockey TSV, two sets of 2.  One shipped right away and the other kept being delayed.  After a month or so, I called to cancel.  Didn't think they'd cancel it because they say they never can but they said they did.  However, a week later it shipped.
