Dear QVC......since I wasn't able to checkout, or get through to Customer Service to place my order for the LocknLock Big Deal, they're sold out. I've been trying since he presentation began. This is really disappointing. David kept telling how many were selling, but maybe those people had a different way to order than those of us trying to order on line or with Customer Service. I waited on hold for 25 minutes....🙁🙁🙁

 I'm sorry you couldn't order! I made multiple attempts online to order a necklace and it kept telling me to call to order. While I was on hold on the phone I kept clicking my I pad and it finally went through! This seems to happen whenever there's free shipping.

Have you checked Amazon, they have lots of Lock n Lock.  Maybe you can recreate the big deal.   I don't use them so I don't know much about them.

My suggestion is to keep trying online. You probably couldn't checkout because they probably had many sold before the presentation. But I think sometime people will place an item in their cart, or buy then decide they don't want it after all. I think some many get caught up in the moment then they think about it later. 

So there may be a slight chance want you're looking for will return to the inventory.

I decided to try another browser....went to google, typed in QVC....when it brought up their website....I clicked on it, typed in the item number for the LocknLock....they came up, I added to cart and checked out....maybe that might work for you....worth a try. 😊

It's a mess! I tried repeatedly to order something, through the website which is my norm. I couldn't get past the cart. You can't get through on the phone, any of their numbers. So I  tried the app. The app wasn't recognizing my password, time and time again I got an error message that there was a mistake either in my email or password and to try again, or call for assistance. I tried that number and couldn't get through.

 

Then finally it worked through the app. I didn't do anything different.

I've also been trying to checkout on a different item.  I'm sorry for your experience.

Try going to google.....type in QVC....when it shows the selection QVC official website as a choice, click on it and it will ring up the QVC homepage....then try your item there. Hopefully it will work for you.
